SAEY wood stoves are a European reference for its operation and the quality of its foundry.
Regarding its operation we find a Class 1 energy efficiency stove (74%) and a Class 1 CO emissions. It should be noted that it is very difficult in cast iron stoves to obtain emissions below 0.3% and in this model it has been cut that number in half.
Regarding its construction, there are many details that confirm the quality of the stove:
Adjustable leveling feet for a perfect seat.
Front hatch that is lowered when opening the main door preventing the smoke from plastering in the room.
Side doors in cast iron for heat shield. Thanks to these cast iron panels the radiation of emitted heat is drastically reduced, which means that we have less risk of overheating nearby furniture.
These side doors create a natural convection effect, as well as radiant heat. This model emits heat by convection generating hot air flow on the sides.
Side door for greater comfort in loading wood.
Adjustable double combustion system. Unlike systems where the air for double combustion is pre-regulated, in this stove we can decide the amount of air that we dedicate to double combustion, so we have complete control over the stove.
Top or rear smoke outlet that provides installation versatility.
Great melting mass, with its 220 Kg we have a magnificent thermal inertia.
Snorkel system, with which we can take the combustion air directly from the outside.
As a technical fact, this stove achieves the nominal 7 kW with only 2.1 kg of firewood and the recommended maximum 12 kW with only 3.6 kW. This guarantees us a very contained consumption and a capacity to take advantage of the excellent heat. With its maximum recommended load of 6 Kg we can easily get figures around the maximum 20 kW!
