Description
The coating of the stove evokes the brocade vestments of the “Grancontessa” that gives it its name: Matilde de Canossa, one of the most important and fascinating figures of medieval Italy. The charm of her personality and era – and the “Ars Carnusina”, which she inspired – served as a model for maestro Sergio Leoni, who recreated in elegant but sweet ceramics the elegant style of that particular historical era.
